ROCHESTER, Pa. — A Beaver County man is facing serious drug trafficking charges as the alleged ringleader of a criminal network that distributed fentanyl, cocaine, and crack cocaine across western Pennsylvania.
Korrtezz Martin, 34, of Rochester, was charged on May 6 along with 13 co-conspirators, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office. Authorities believe Martin ran the upper-level drug operation, using his associates as runners to distribute drugs throughout Beaver, Allegheny, and Washington counties between April 2023 and August 2024.
“Our Bureau of Narcotics Investigation worked diligently to identify the leader of this criminal enterprise and his conspirators,” said Attorney General Dave Sunday. “Drug traffickers push poisons into our communities without a care for the lives put at risk.”
Martin was arrested and faces multiple charges including possession with intent to distribute, criminal conspiracy, participation in a corrupt organization, unlawful financial dealings, illegal firearms possession, and criminal use of communication devices.
Co-defendants facing similar charges include:
Edward Reynolds (33, Pittsburgh),
Michael Motton (34, Ambridge),
Daphne Scott (53, Beaver Falls),
Victoria Jones (31, Pittsburgh),
Chelsea Durr (33, Beaver Falls),
Tyler McQuaid (36, Ambridge),
Jack Balser (31, Midland),
Katrina Balser (35, Industry), and
Courtney Goode (30, Rochester).
Each is accused of possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy, corrupt organization participation, and using communication facilities to further the operation.
In addition, four other individuals — Timothy Namath (40), Breanna Lewandowski (21), Dion Eberhardt (35), and Mara Hieber (29) — have been publicly identified but were not yet charged or arrested as of May 7, according to court records.
The investigation is ongoing, and more arrests or charges may follow.
