Kimberly Summers Arrested for Stealing $44,000 from Kroger

Front-End Manager Allegedly Stole Cash Over Four Months

Kimberly Summers, a front-end manager at the Kroger Marketplace in Grovetown, Georgia, was recently arrested for allegedly stealing $44,000 in cash from self-checkout registers, according to a Local 12 report.

The theft was discovered after a loss prevention officer observed Summers taking money from the registers over the course of four months. Summers reportedly confessed to taking approximately $4,000, citing financial struggles. However, it was later revealed that the total amount stolen was closer to $44,000.

The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident.
