WEST FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) — Two individuals from Jamestown were arrested on December 27 in West Fargo after a routine traffic stop led to the discovery of a large amount of methamphetamine. Kimberly Cox and Alek Dallmann now face charges for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Cox is also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
The traffic stop occurred when a West Fargo police officer observed a stop sign violation. According to court records, Cox admitted to having drug paraphernalia in her purse. A search of the vehicle revealed over 100 grams of methamphetamine and additional drug paraphernalia.
Officers uncovered 106.2 grams of meth during the search, and both Cox and Dallmann were arrested and taken to the Cass County Jail. Bail for both individuals has been set at $5,000 cash only.
