Kharar police have arrested two youths, Guronkar Singh and Jatin, in connection with a theft at a salon in Sector 123, Kharar. Authorities recovered stolen equipment, an LCD television, and approximately Rs 5 lakh in cash from the suspects.
The duo was apprehended at a rented accommodation in Kharar where the stolen items were found. The case was registered following a complaint by Ritu Sharma, the salon owner residing in Sector 125. The FIR was lodged at Sadar Kharar Police Station on September 24 under Sections 305, 331(4), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
According to Sadar Kharar SHO Shivdeep Singh Brar, the accused were arrested and presented before a court, which remanded them to three days of police custody.
