The Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) arrested Khalid Gaziawala following a tip-off regarding multiple vehicle thefts in the Yakutpura area.
The accused was stopped by police while riding a motorbike and asked to produce its documents. However, Gaziawala failed to provide any proof, prompting further investigation that revealed the bike was stolen from SSG Hospital just three days prior.
Authorities described Gaziawala as a habitual offender with 21 registered cases of vehicle thefts across different police stations in the city.
