Kevin Robicheaux Arrested for Shoplifting Scooter from Target in Houston

Convicted felon caught stealing $599 scooter; arrested by Constable's deputies

HOUSTON, Texas — Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office apprehended a shoplifting suspect after he allegedly stole a scooter valued at $599 from a local Target store on March 29, 2025. The incident occurred at the Target located in the 19500 block of the North Freeway.

Upon arrival, deputies were informed by loss prevention that the suspect, identified as Kevin Robicheaux, a convicted felon, had passed all points of sale without purchasing the concealed merchandise.

The stolen scooter was recovered and returned to the store, according to a press release from Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

Kevin Robicheaux was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 5, stated Constable Mark Herman.
