ROUND ROCK, TX – A 19-year-old Georgetown man, identified as Kevin Jaramillo, was arrested last week by the Round Rock Police Department on multiple drug and firearm-related charges, including the unlawful possession of a machine gun.
On Wednesday, September 10, officers executed a search warrant at Jaramillo’s residence. During the search, police discovered several firearms, including a Glock handgun modified with a “switch” device — an illegal mechanism that converts the weapon into a fully automatic machine gun.
Authorities also recovered:
Multiple extended and drum-style magazines
Several hundred rounds of ammunition
Drug-related evidence, leading to multiple narcotics charges
Jaramillo was arrested without incident and transported to the Williamson County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional details have been released at this time.
