BREMERON, Wash. — Kevin Buchin, 42, was arrested again on Thursday, October 9, while driving north on Interstate 5 near Chehalis, after being previously arrested in May on suspicion of trafficking drugs from California throughout West Sound.
The arrest followed an ongoing joint investigation by the Bremerton Police Department and the FBI, which revealed Buchin had resumed selling illegal narcotics. Buchin had earlier admitted to police that he regularly traveled to California to purchase drugs for distribution in the region.
Law enforcement officials continue to investigate the case as Buchin remains in custody.
