The police have arrested Itti Panicker, a resident of Kollam, Kerala, in connection with the theft of a mobile tower battery in Narimogaru village near Purusharakatte, Mangalore.
The case was registered on September 13, following which the police launched an investigation. During the operation, officers apprehended Panicker and recovered the stolen battery. The accused was subsequently handed over to the court for further legal proceedings.
Authorities continue to investigate the case and urge vigilance in protecting mobile tower infrastructure from such thefts.
