Kelvin Waymon, 68, of Aliquippa, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 2, 2026, for drug possession.
Police said Waymon was stopped at 7:47 p.m. on the 400 block of Sheffield Avenue after committing a vehicle violation. Following the traffic stop, he was taken into custody for possession of drugs.
Authorities have not released further details about the type or quantity of drugs involved.
