RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. – Two Moreno Valley men are facing multiple charges after allegedly stealing more than $5,000 worth of merchandise from retail stores across Riverside County, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.

Keith Thomas, 20, and Nathan Ramirez, 24, were arrested on March 27 following a months-long investigation into a string of organized retail thefts that occurred between December 1, 2024, and March 10, 2025.

Authorities say the pair repeatedly targeted businesses located on the:

1600 block of North Perris Boulevard in Perris

18000 block of Collier Avenue in Lake Elsinore

Following investigative leads, deputies executed search warrants at two homes in Moreno Valley — one on Sunnymeadows Drive and the other on Elyce Court. During the searches, detectives found additional evidence tying the suspects to the thefts.

Both Thomas and Ramirez were taken into custody at the scene and booked on the following charges:

Burglary

Grand theft

Organized retail theft

Additionally, Keith Thomas faces a separate charge for committing a felony while out on bail. Booking photos were not released, and the case remains under investigation.
