Keith Serafin Arrested for Theft, Impersonating Officer

Limestone County Man Accused of Stealing $3,700

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. — Keith Andrew Serafin was arrested Feb. 1 for theft and impersonating a peace officer, authorities reported.

Serafin allegedly sent a message falsely claiming he was on patrol duty at the courthouse to deceive a victim. He is also accused of knowingly taking $3,700 from the individual.

Authorities in Limestone County have charged Serafin accordingly, and the investigation remains ongoing.
