TRIBES HILL, N.Y. — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 33-year-old Keith Rajkowski following an investigation into a series of alleged domestic violence incidents at a residence on 4th Avenue in Tribes Hill.
According to Sheriff Jeffery T. Smith, deputies responded to a call on April 16, 2025, where a victim reported repeated physical abuse by Rajkowski, her spouse. The incidents were said to have escalated over the past month, prompting law enforcement to initiate a full investigation.
The victim provided substantial evidence, including medical records, photographs, and video recordings, which were submitted to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and reviewed by the District Attorney’s Office.
Following the investigation, the Town of Mohawk Court issued an arrest warrant for Rajkowski. He was taken into custody without incident later that day. He now faces several charges:
Assault
Strangulation
Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Harassment
An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the victim and remains in effect.
