Officers tracked down the suspects’ vehicle and contacted the occupants, Kayla Thomson, 31, and Freddie Uptain, 36. Inside, police discovered the stolen merchandise along with a collection of mail belonging to roughly a dozen residents from the Gold River and Rancho Cordova areas. Several victims confirmed they had fallen victim to identity theft.
