Windsor Police Identify Kayla Anne Black in $130,000 Fraud Case

Windsor, ON — The Windsor Police Service has issued an arrest warrant for Kayla Anne Black, 38, of Lowbanks, Ontario, in connection with a major fraud involving $130,000 in U.S. currency. The fraud occurred at a business located on Dougall Avenue.

The investigation began in May following reports of a large-scale fraud. Authorities revealed that a fraudulent passport was used to obtain the $130,000.

Kayla Anne Black faces multiple charges, including:

Fraud over $5,000

Uttering a forged document

Identity fraud

Police are actively seeking public assistance to locate Black. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Windsor Police Service immediately.
