Kathleen Kelley-Shoemaker Arrested on Petit Larceny Warrant

Lyons woman taken into custody for failing to appear in court

LYONS, N.Y. — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Kathleen Kelley-Shoemaker, a Lyons resident, who was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a petit larceny charge.

Deputies located Kelley-Shoemaker walking on Canal Street in Lyons, where she was taken into custody without incident.

She was transported to the Wayne County Jail and is being held pending arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Court.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are currently only accusations. Kelley-Shoemaker is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
