Two individuals are facing burglary and theft charges after being caught stealing from a home in Evansville, Indiana.

Police were called early Tuesday morning around 4:30 a.m. to investigate a burglary at a home on Lohoff Avenue. A 911 caller reported seeing people inside the house with flashlights, noting that the resident was currently in a nursing home.

When officers arrived at the scene, they went around the back of the house and reportedly saw Karen Crowe and Bruce Beckwith exiting. Upon further investigation, officers noticed a wagon in the yard filled with boxes and items. Crowe allegedly told police that the belongings were taken from inside the house.
