Kankanady police in Mangaluru apprehended three individuals and recovered a stolen cow on September 13. The accused have been identified as Shahbaz Ahmed from Adyar Kannur, Mohammed Suhan of Arkula, and Valachil Khader from Adyar. Authorities reported that Ahmed and Suhan stole the cow and sold it to Khader, who was found preparing to slaughter the animal in a shed adjoining his home. The timely intervention by the police led to the rescue of the cow and the arrest of all involved.
