CARROLLTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A man from Alliance, Ohio who was wanted on a federal weapons charge is now in custody.
42-year-old Joshua Middleton was arrested over the weekend, days after the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office issued a public alert, warning that he could be dangerous. Middleton was being sought by both sheriff’s deputies and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Authorities have not yet released details surrounding the circumstances of his arrest, but confirmed that Middleton is no longer a threat to the public.
The case remains under investigation.
