DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) — Two individuals have been charged after a 12-year-old boy was held at gunpoint during a robbery at a home in Davenport.
Joshua D. Luten, 21, faces charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Tatiana A. Love, 29, was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit a forcible felony, according to Davenport police.
The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on May 27 in the 5000 block of North Linwood Avenue. Police reports indicate two masked men entered the home, pointing a gun at the boy. Stolen property included a TV, a PS4 gaming console, the boy’s iPhone 13, and other items.
Love admitted to driving the men to the home. Police have not released the name of the other male suspect involved.
Luten is being held without bond and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 6. Love posted a $10,000 cash-only bond and has a preliminary hearing set for June 10.
The investigation is ongoing.
