Joshua Jacob Gallagher, 31, president of the Monterey T-Ball and Coaches Pitch organization, has been indicted for theft by the Putnam County Grand Jury.
Gallagher, a resident of Monterey, was taken into custody on July 15 and later released from the Putnam County Jail on a $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear for arraignment in General Sessions Court this Thursday.
