SUMMERHILL, N.Y. — Joseph A. Frost, 38, was arrested on November 27 after a Thanksgiving domestic violence incident in Summerhill resulted in multiple charges, including a felony.
Deputies responded to a home shortly after 3:20 p.m. after a woman reported that Frost had broken her cell phone while she attempted to call police. The incident reportedly occurred in front of a child.
Frost was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, and aggravated family offense — a felony charge due to a prior domestic violence conviction within the last five years.
He was processed at the Public Safety Building and arraigned at the Cayuga County Jail. Frost was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Summerhill Town Court on December 9 at 5:30 p.m.
