HOPKINS COUNTY, TX – A Brashear man is facing charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated in the early morning hours of Saturday, July 13, 2025, on Interstate 30.

According to a probable cause affidavit, officers with the Sulphur Springs Police Department stopped Joseph Carl Morris, 55, around 1:56 a.m. in the 600 block of Bill Bradford Road.
