WASHINGTON COUNTY, NY (WRGB) — A second suspect has been arrested in the ongoing investigation into the murder of two 19-year-olds from Glens Falls.
Eighteen-year-old Jordan Johnson was taken into custody around 10 p.m. on Friday with assistance from the Albany Police Department, according to Washington County District Attorney Tony Jordan.
Johnson faces several serious charges, including:
Two counts of Second-Degree Murder (Class A felony)
Criminal Possession of a Weapon (Class C felony)
Tampering with Physical Evidence (Class E felony)
Following his arrest, Johnson was processed at SP Latham and then transported to the Washington County Correctional Facility, where he awaits arraignment.
The case remains under active investigation.
This development follows the earlier arrest of 20-year-old David Larose, who has also been charged with two counts of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Authorities have not yet released further details about the circumstances of the murders or how the suspects are connected to the victims.
