FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) — A man has been arrested following a high-speed police pursuit that spanned 25 miles through Cass County on Saturday, July 26.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP), 31-year-old Jonathon Kinney was behind the wheel of a black Lexus when a trooper attempted to stop him around 3:10 p.m. on Interstate 94 near mile marker 328. Kinney refused to stop, triggering a pursuit that reached speeds of up to 115 mph.
Authorities say Kinney dangerously veered into oncoming traffic, drove through the town of Leonard at low speeds, and continued into rural county roads and eventually a private farmyard.

Driving Under Revocation
Reckless Endangerment
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Schedule I, II, or III) – 2nd Offense

Additionally, Kinney had active arrest warrants at the time of his apprehension. He was transported to Sanford Hospital for medical evaluation and later booked into the Cass County Jail.
