GREENVILLE, N.C. — Following a month-long narcotics investigation, 21-year-old Jonathan W. Turner of Greenville was arrested on May 3, according to the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office.
Turner faces numerous charges, including:
Six counts of Level One Trafficking in Cocaine
Three counts of Level One Trafficking in Opium or Heroin
Two counts of Level Two Trafficking in Opium or Heroin
Three counts of Maintaining a Dwelling or Place for Controlled Substances
Seven counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
One count of Level Three Trafficking in Opium or Heroin
Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver (PWISD) Cocaine
Turner was brought before a magistrate and denied bond as per North Carolina general statutes due to his current post-release supervision status.
The investigation remains part of ongoing efforts by the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office to combat drug trafficking in the area.
