Etowah County, Ala. — Jonathan Ross, 42, of Boaz, was arrested on a theft of property charge after allegedly stealing a horse. The incident took place on George Johnson Road, and an investigation was initiated after the horse’s owner reported it missing.
Etowah County Sheriff’s Office investigators identified Ross as the suspect during the inquiry. On Wednesday, he was arrested and transported to the Etowah County Detention Center, where he faces Theft of Property-2nd charges for the theft of livestock. He was issued a $2,500 bond.
