
CELINA, Ohio – Two men are in custody at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center following separate arrests by local law enforcement.
Jon Harrison, 28, was taken into custody by Celina Police and charged with obstruction of official business, resisting arrest, and driving under the influence (DUI)—all classified as misdemeanors.
In a separate incident, Ian Moorman was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office and charged with domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Both individuals remain in custody at the Mercer County facility. According to officials, the detention center currently holds 78 inmates, including some recently transferred from the Darke County Sheriff’s Office due to capacity issues.
