Johnston, R.I. – A 40-year-old Johnston man, Anthony Rubino, was arrested Tuesday after police executed a search warrant at his Lafayette Street residence.
What Police Found:
🔹 Fentanyl, Psilocybin, Adderall, and Xanax
🔹 .40 caliber pistol with a large-capacity magazine
🔹 $6,880 in cash
Charges Against Rubino:
Three counts of possession with intent to deliver
Possession of a firearm with a controlled substance
Possession of a firearm while committing a violent crime
Possession of a large-capacity feeding device
Rubino was arraigned Wednesday and is currently held without bail.
