BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Johnny Fowler IV of Union Springs was arrested for allegedly stealing a vehicle, according to court records.
Fowler faces charges of first-degree theft of property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Authorities say the incident began on January 24, when an Alabama State Trooper received information about a potentially stolen vehicle traveling southbound on I-65.
The trooper located the vehicle near the Millbrook exit and conducted a traffic stop. Fowler was subsequently taken into custody without incident.
Court proceedings are expected to follow as the case moves through the Alabama judicial system.
