GRANT PARISH, La. — Johnathan McKithern, a 32-year-old resident of Deville, was arrested following an investigation into the theft of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and a dirt bike. The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office, conducted the investigation that led to McKithern’s arrest.
McKithern faces two counts of motor vehicle theft and an additional charge of criminal trespassing. Authorities have not released further details regarding the circumstances of the theft or the recovery of the stolen vehicles.
The arrest highlights ongoing efforts by local law enforcement to address property crimes in the region. McKithern is currently in custody awaiting further legal proceedings.
