Johnathan D. Davis Arrested for Meth Trafficking in Kentucky

Drugs found during traffic stop in Russell Springs

RUSSELL SPRINGS, Ky. – A traffic stop in Russell Springs led to the arrest of 43-year-old Johnathan D. Davis on multiple drug-related charges.

According to the Russell Springs Police Department, Officer Blake Adamson conducted the stop Saturday afternoon after running a vehicle’s license plate and receiving no information in return. During the stop, authorities discovered illegal drugs inside the vehicle.

Davis was arrested at the scene and charged with:

Trafficking in methamphetamine

Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree – opiates

Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree – drug unspecified

Possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree – drug unspecified

He was transported and lodged at the Russell County Detention Center around 2:20 p.m. on Saturday.
