Paso Robles police arrested four men following a reported theft at the Ulta store. Officers tracked down John Steven, 26, of Los Angeles; Milton Pericoruiz, 28, of Fontana; Christian Duvanpardotirado, 29, of Los Angeles; and Maicol Fabian Pavon, 26, of Los Angeles. Police recovered approximately $1,000 worth of stolen products in their vehicle.
According to the Paso Robles Police Department, the suspects face charges of burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime. Authorities also believe the group has connections to a South American retail theft ring. All four men were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
