On April 9, 2025, John C. Todaro, 49, of Amherst, NY, was arrested by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at SP Clarence on charges of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child (D Felony) and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (E Felony).
Todaro, who is the Vice President of Bikers Against Child Abuse’s Buffalo Chapter, was investigated by the Troop A Computer Crimes Unit as part of an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. The investigation revealed that Todaro had been in possession of child pornography and had been disseminating such material.
As a member of Bikers Against Child Abuse, Todaro would have had opportunities to be around children, raising concerns given the nature of the charges. He was arraigned in the Town of Amherst Court and released on his own recognizance, with a return court date scheduled for May 2025.
