Seneca Falls, NY – July 13, 2025 — A local man, John Battaglia, 35, has been arrested following an investigation into a previously reported domestic incident.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, Battaglia is facing a series of criminal charges, including:
Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree
Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree
Assault in the Third Degree
Petit Larceny
Harassment in the Second Degree
Battaglia was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is currently being held pending arraignment.
Police remind the public that these charges are allegations, and Battaglia is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
