EDGECOMB, Maine (WGME) — Three individuals were arrested Wednesday in Edgecomb on drug trafficking charges, according to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency (MDEA).
Authorities executed a search warrant at a residence on 8 Wawenock Road, the home of John Andretta Jr., 36, and Jeanna Gustafson, 42, both of Edgecomb. Also present was Wyatt Cannady, 21, of Dorchester, Massachusetts, who was allegedly involved in selling drugs from the property.
The arrests followed multiple undercover drug purchases from the residence, leading to sufficient evidence to charge all three suspects.
During the search, officials seized:
68 grams of cocaine base (approx. street value: $6,800)
$17,000 in suspected drug proceeds
The charges include:
John Andretta Jr. – Aggravated trafficking in Schedule W drugs (Class A), and violating probation. Bail set at $30,000.
Jeanna Gustafson – Trafficking in Schedule W drugs (Class B). Bail set at $10,000.
Wyatt Cannady – Trafficking in Schedule W drugs (Class B). Bail set at $20,000.
All three suspects are currently being held at the Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset.
