ALTONA, N.Y. — On October 26, 2025, New York State Police arrested 41-year-old Joe L. Maldonado of Plattsburgh following a report of theft on Woods Falls Road in Altona.
Maldonado, who works for Humble Homes Property Management Inc., is accused of using a company credit card to make unauthorized purchases totaling $1,118.22.
He was taken to the State Police station in Champlain, arraigned in Town of Chazy Court, and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings.
