Jesus Cobos Arrested in El Paso for Trespassing and Credit Card Theft

El Paso deputies detain man with multiple warrants on trespassing charges

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Deputies from the El Paso County Constable’s Office arrested 33-year-old Jesus Cobos Tuesday after spotting him trespassing at a gated apartment complex on Myrtle Avenue.

A sergeant with the Precinct Three office witnessed Cobos and another man jumping a fence into the gated complex near the 900 block of Myrtle. Both men were detained for criminal trespass.

Further investigation revealed that Cobos had two active warrants with the El Paso Police Department for credit card abuse and vehicle burglary. He was taken into custody and booked at the El Paso County Jail without incident.
