WILLIAMSPORT, PA — Jessica Louise Brosh, 51, of 324 Park Avenue, apartment 8, is facing charges of theft and receiving stolen property after allegedly stealing a fanny pack left at the entrance of a local Family Dollar store.

According to city police, the incident occurred on the morning of May 19 at the Family Dollar located at 1221 W. Fourth St. The victim accidentally left behind the bag, which was allegedly taken by Brosh, as detailed in a sworn affidavit.

Brosh has waived her preliminary hearing and is currently free on $5,000 bail.

This is not her first encounter with the law. In April, Brosh was arrested by the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit for allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover officer, further complicating her legal situation.
