Albany, NY (WRGB) — Jesse Stockman, 38, of Latham, has been sentenced to 4-12 years in state prison for a series of burglaries targeting retail stores in Colonie.

District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon announced the sentence, handed down by Judge Andra Ackerman, following Stockman’s guilty plea to two counts of third-degree burglary.

The crimes occurred from late 2023 to early 2024, with Stockman breaking into multiple Loudon Road businesses, including Ted’s Fish Fry, The Deep End, Casa Flora, Bellini’s, Good Year Tire Company, Cider Belly Donuts, and Beer Universe. In several cases, he stole items valued at over $1,000.

Stockman was arrested on January 16, 2024, by New York State Police and Colonie Police. At the time of his arrest, he was found with stolen goods from several locations. Stockman admitted to stealing to support his drug addiction.
