Jermaad Allbrooks, 41, of West End, was arrested on Monday following a traffic stop on Lea Road by detectives from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office. The stop was initiated due to Allbrooks’ revoked driver’s license, which led to a subsequent search of his vehicle.
During the search, authorities reportedly found cocaine and drug paraphernalia, resulting in multiple charges against Allbrooks. He faces charges of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Allbrooks was taken to the Moore County Detention Center, where he is being held under a 48-hour hold. His first court appearance is set for March 6, 2025, in Moore County District Court.
