MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) — A 46-year-old man is in custody after multiple homes and vehicles were struck by gunfire in a Mobile neighborhood Monday evening.
According to the Mobile Police Department, officers responded to Barker Street and James Street around 7:07 p.m. on April 28 after reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, they found two homes and four vehicles had been hit by bullets.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Police arrested Jerald McCall, 46, in connection with the incident. According to jail records, he is charged with shooting into a dwelling.
Authorities say the investigation is still ongoing and ask anyone with information to contact Mobile Police.
