BAY COUNTY, Fla. — The Bay County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52-year-old Jennifer Marie Cunningham on 102 counts of fraudulent credit card charges totaling more than $7,000.

The investigation began on June 12 when a victim reported multiple unauthorized charges on his credit card. Among the charges were transactions at Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative, which the victim confirmed were not related to his account.

Authorities subpoenaed account information linked to the victim’s credit card and found additional suspicious charges, including three at Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative from December 2024 to February 2025. Further investigation revealed a total of 102 fraudulent charges amounting to $7,084.37 between December 2024 and June 2025.
