LANESBOROUGH, Mass. — Jeffrey Deluca, a 47-year-old man from Wilton, Connecticut, remains in custody following a stabbing incident at the Mount Greylock Campground last Friday.

Authorities report that Deluca stabbed two men—one in the chest and another in the torso—in what is believed to be an unprovoked attack. Young children were present during the incident.

Both victims were transported to the hospital and are expected to survive. Deluca was arrested and arraigned on several charges, including assault and battery, reckless endangerment of a child, and armed assault with intent to murder.

He is currently held without bail due to concerns over his dangerousness. No court date has been announced at this time.
