GUAM (GPD) — Jay Boi Elias, 31, the third suspect in the Feb. 6 armed robbery of a family of Korean tourists, has been arrested on robbery and other charges, including cases involving gas station thefts and terrorizing, authorities said Thursday.
Elias was taken into custody Wednesday following a five-day manhunt, after his co-suspects, Jimmy Moses Hadley, 34, and Justin Willy, 27, were arrested within hours of the incident. The robbery occurred at about 3:30 p.m. when the group allegedly targeted the family and their taxi driver as they parked at Guam Premier Outlets in Tamuning.
Acting on a tip, GPD detectives, along with the Special Operations and Guam Highway Patrol Divisions, located Elias at a residence in Dededo at 10:31 a.m. on Feb. 11 and arrested him without incident.

Second-degree robbery
Use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony
Terrorizing
Guilt by complicity
Criminal facilitation
Theft
Conspiracy
Child abuse
Two additional counts of terrorizing
Family violence
Theft of service
Retail theft
Additional incidents linked to Elias include:
Nov. 25, 2025: Threatened a victim by phone, claiming he would shoot them.
Nov. 27, 2025: Stole two 12-packs of beer from Sinajana Mobil gas station.
Jan. 30, 2026: Left Maite Mobil gas station without paying for over $60 in fuel, implying he had a firearm.
Elias was booked into the Department of Corrections, and his case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for disposition.
