Southfield Man Jason Justice Charged With Sexual Assault of Family Members; More Victims Possible

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (FOX 2) – A 53-year-old Southfield man, Jason Justice, is facing disturbing allegations of sexually assaulting multiple family members — and authorities believe there may be more victims.

According to Southfield Police Chief Elvin Barron, Justice has already been charged in two separate cases involving criminal sexual conduct, with a third victim recently coming forward. That new report could result in additional charges as the investigation progresses.

“We are confident we will hold this sexual predator accountable,” said Chief Barron. “The details of these incidents are deeply disturbing. But it’s vital we share them so others may find the courage to come forward.”

Police say Justice drugged at least one victim, a 25-year-old female, by giving her what he claimed was Tylenol PM. The woman reportedly felt drowsy after taking a single pill, then passed out on a couch. She later woke up in a different room, undressed from the waist down.

The victim sought medical help at Providence Hospital, where a urine test detected Benzodiazepine, a sedative often used to induce sleep. Upon returning to the residence, she accessed Justice’s phone and discovered a photo of her genitals taken the same night — along with a minute-long video she was too afraid to open.

She returned to the hospital for a rape kit following the discovery.

Justice, who has a lengthy criminal history, including convictions for domestic violence, felony forgery, and drug offenses, was arrested without incident by the Southfield Police tactical unit during a traffic stop.

In addition to the criminal sexual conduct charges, Justice is now facing charges for:

Capturing images of an unclothed person

Using a computer to commit a crime

He is being held on a $150,000 cash bond.

Police urge anyone with additional information or possible victimization by Jason Justice to come forward as the investigation continues.
