KIRBYVILLE, Texas — A 28-year-old Kirbyville man has been arrested in connection with the theft of a Honda Rancher ATV, according to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies located the stolen ATV on County Road #451 on October 11, 2025, leading to the arrest of Jaron David.
David was charged with Theft, a Class A Misdemeanor, and transported to the Jasper County Jail for booking.
Sheriff Chuck Havard commended the quick work of deputies, emphasizing the department’s commitment to protecting citizens’ property.
“We will always work hard to recover property that has been stolen from our hard-working citizens,” Havard stated.
Authorities reminded the public that David is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
