A Saint Leonard woman is facing multiple misdemeanor charges after a New Year’s Day patrol check at a convenience store in Prince Frederick, Maryland led to the discovery of suspected controlled dangerous substances and allegations she provided false identification to deputies.
Jamie Lee Lynn Prisk was arrested on January 1, 2026, following an encounter at the 7-Eleven located at 15 N. Solomons Island Road. According to the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy conducting a routine patrol check observed a woman inside a parked vehicle exhibiting erratic behavior and approached out of concern for her welfare.
Charging documents state the driver showed signs of impairment and initially provided a false name. Authorities later identified the woman as Prisk and determined she had multiple outstanding warrants at the time.
A K-9 open-air sniff conducted by K-9 Atlas reportedly resulted in a positive alert for narcotics. A subsequent vehicle search allegedly uncovered suspected cocaine, heroin and/or fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia and needles.
Prisk was taken into custody and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center. During intake procedures, officials reportedly discovered additional suspected controlled dangerous substances, resulting in further charges related to possession of contraband in a place of confinement.
Court records show Prisk faces charges including possession of a controlled dangerous substance (not cannabis), possession of contraband in a place of confinement, fraud involving personal identification to avoid prosecution, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing and hindering a law enforcement officer.
She was initially held without bond. Following a bail review hearing on January 5 in Calvert District Court, a judge set bond at $10,000 on a percentage basis. A trial scheduling hearing is set for March 12.
