Jacqueline Lisosky Arrested in Madison Hit-and-Run Crash

Bicyclist seriously injured; license plate reader aids arrest

Madison police arrested Jacqueline Lisosky, 32, of New Haven, on Saturday after a hit-and-run crash involving a bicyclist left the rider seriously injured.

The incident occurred at 11:51 a.m. near Horse Pond Road and Kimberly Lane. The cyclist was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital with serious injuries.

Lisosky faces charges of evading responsibility with serious physical injury and second-degree assault with a motor vehicle. Police used a license plate reader to locate her.

She is being held on a $200,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
