Jacob Wesley Turner Arrested for Petit Larceny at Eastview Mall

21-Year-Old Allegedly Stole $118 Worth of Merchandise

A Canandaigua man was arrested for petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from a store in Eastview Mall, authorities reported.

Jacob Wesley Turner, 21, was taken into custody by Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies on Wednesday at around 5:04 p.m. after he was found to have stolen $118 worth of goods from Von Maur, a department store located at 300 Eastview Mall Drive.

Turner was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
